Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Concrete Contractors of Euless website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Concrete Contractors of Euless operates as a marketing and referral service. We connect consumers seeking commercial concrete services with qualified contractors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Specifically, we refer inquiries to Inner Loop Construction, our selected service provider for concrete construction projects.

Important: Concrete Contractors of Euless is not a concrete contractor and does not directly provide concrete construction services. We are a lead generation and referral platform that facilitates connections between potential customers and service providers.

No Guarantees on Project Outcomes

While we strive to connect you with qualified concrete contractors, Concrete Contractors of Euless makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding:

• The quality, timeliness, or completion of any concrete construction project
• Specific project outcomes, costs, or timelines
• The performance, conduct, or qualifications of referred contractors
• Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from contractor work
• Compliance with building codes, permits, or local regulations

All project agreements, pricing, timelines, and work specifications are established directly between you and the contractor. Concrete Contractors of Euless is not responsible for the execution or outcome of any construction project.

Referral Relationship

When you submit an inquiry through our website, your contact information and project details will be shared with Inner Loop Construction. By submitting your information, you authorize us to share it with our contractor network and consent to be contacted regarding your project needs.

We may receive compensation from contractors for successful referrals. This referral relationship does not affect your project pricing or our commitment to connecting you with qualified service providers.

Non-Circumvention Clause

If you are connected with a contractor through our referral service and subsequently enter into a service agreement with that contractor, you agree not to circumvent our referral relationship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of initial introduction.

This means that for future projects within this 24-month period involving the same contractor, you acknowledge our role in the initial connection. This clause protects the referral relationship that enabled your connection with qualified service providers.

Contractor Selection and Vetting

While we work with contractors who represent themselves as licensed and insured, Concrete Contractors of Euless does not independently verify licenses, insurance coverage, or qualifications. We recommend that you:

• Request and verify current licenses and insurance certificates
• Check references and review past project examples
• Obtain multiple quotes for your project
• Review all contracts carefully before signing
• Verify contractor credentials through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation

Limitation of Provider Disclosure

Currently, Concrete Contractors of Euless works exclusively with Inner Loop Construction for concrete service referrals in the DFW area. We do not maintain a network of multiple competing contractors. Your inquiry will be directed to this single provider.

If you prefer to explore multiple contractor options, we recommend conducting independent research or using additional referral services. We are transparent about our single-provider model to ensure you can make informed decisions about your contractor selection process.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your inquiries
• Respond to contractor outreach in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct your own due diligence when selecting a contractor
• Review all contracts, quotes, and agreements independently
• Not use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Communications and Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Concrete Contractors of Euless and Inner Loop Construction via phone, email, and text message regarding your project inquiry. Message and data rates may apply to text communications.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by following the unsubscribe instructions in our communications. Note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect communications directly related to your active service inquiries.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Concrete Contractors of Euless website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Concrete Contractors of Euless or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our referral services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information obtained through our services will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concrete Contractors of Euless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any contractor relationship established through our referrals.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our referral services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between you and a contractor are solely between you and that contractor. Concrete Contractors of Euless is not responsible for mediating, resolving, or becoming involved in contractor-customer disputes.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action related to these terms shall be brought in the courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
